"a ready design" by this term is meant an electronic document prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the DESIGNER Onlineprinting company , ready for use in the printing process without any need for any corrections. Any errors present in the file will be printed and contingent claims will not be admitted.

"file verification" is a paid service consisting in assesment of the file provided with respect to meeting the technical standards for printing and in indication of errors present.

The assesment covers the following aspects:

• margin size
• trimbox size
• color space
• whether fonts are attached or converted into curves
• whether the black text & lines are not composed of 4 colors
• whether black text & lines are overprinted
• resolution of the files provided

The assesment does not cover spelling correction, content errors or other errors not listed above. The Printing Shop will not be liable for their contingent occurrence.

"design completion" is performed in accordance with The Terms & Conditions of rendering graphic design services, based on the guidelines of the Commissioner and the materials provided by him or her. The acceptance of the design, as well as all information included in it, rests with the Commissioner. The acceptance of the design for printing finally concludes the process of modification; all subsequent modifications will be charged extra, depending on the status of the commission and the required workload.
